Stephany has experience in project management and operational support in civil society organizations and universities, namely Fundação de Apoio à Fiocruz (Fiotec)/Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz), Fundação Getulio Vargas Rio de Janeiro Law School (FGV Direito Rio), and Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) in Brazil.

Before joining CLUA, she supported projects with international donors such as the NIH, European Union, King’s College London, Institut Pasteur, and with national agencies in Brazil.

Stephany has a masters in International Policy Analysis and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
