Gabriel Lima joined CLUA in 2021 and serves as Program Assistant for the Brazil Initiative.
Prior to CLUA, he was a project coordinator and a dance teacher, from 2016 to 2021, at Escola Livre da Maré, a project by CSO Redes da Maré and Lia Rodrigues Dance Company, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, acting with arts, human rights, and social change. In this position, he worked in countries like France, The Netherlands, and Kenya.
He has experience as a grantee of the Prince Claus Fund (Netherlands) and the Fondation d’entreprise Hermès (France).
For almost 10 years, Gabriel worked as a safety technician and has experience with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental Management.
Gabriel has a degree and a Master’s in Dance from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and postgraduate diplomas in ESG/Corporate Sustainability and Social Projects Management.
