Felippe De Rosa has experience with project portfolio management in civil society organizations and universities, namely with fundraising, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of applied research projects. He developed projects with governmental agencies and international donors such as the European Commission, DFID, IDRC, UKCR, and Embassies in Brazil.
Prior to joining CLUA, Felippe was the Applied Research Project Office leader at Fundação Getulio Vargas Rio de Janeiro’s Law School. He also worked at PUC-Rio International Relations Institute and Associação Beneficente São Martinho.
Felippe has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
